Aiphone Intercom App User Manual

Aiphone App Manual

If you forget your access card and want to use the app to go to your floor, you DO NOT NEED to dial your own phone using the intercom. By doing that, you may encounter a Call Busy or Communication Error especially if you happen to be fiddling with your phone while dialing the intercom.

What you should do is to simply go to the Monitor screen and once you can see yourself on the screen, swipe to open the lift door. When the door opens, you press your floor. This is no different from someone calling your phone from the intercom.

Please regularly update the software on your phone. After such updates, the Aiphone app may not work properly and you may need to reinstall with a new QR code.

RESTART YOUR PHONE REGULARLY SO THAT SOFTWARE UPDATES ARE SYNC TO ALL APPS.

Dengue Alert

Monday, May 23, 2022

There are Dengue clusters in our neighbourhood. While weekly fogging may help, all residents should do their part by ensuring the following

1. All potted plant dishes are cleared of water daily.

2. No stagnant water in objects in the yard area which is exposed to rain.

3. No objects left inside aircon enclosure which can collect rain water. Some residents use the aircon enclosure to store stuff.

4. If you spot a can or item inside the bushes, please report to security or the condo manager so that it can be removed.

Thank you for doing your part in dengue prevention.

Plants on Window Ledge

Thursday, December 17, 2020

Some residents are still placing flower pots as well as other objects at the window or yard ledge. Do note that during this period of the South West Monsoon, the winds are strong and gusty and can cause these objects to fall. This can result in serious injury or death to those walking below. The danger is especially real for those living at Block 120 02,03,04 stack and also for those at Block 124 overlooking the swimming pool. Management has reminded residents many times not to place objects at the window and yard ledge. Do note that any object that falls onto the ground will be treated as killer litter and may be reported to the authorities for punitive action. In addition, the MCST can demand cleaning fees in accordance with the Bylaws. Please be considerate and be mindful of the safety of residents. Thank you.
