You can now rent a foldable table from the condo if you wish to have a BBQ at the beach or for any reason. These plastic top tables are 1.5 m length x 0.75 m width and 0.75 m high. They are light to carry and easy to set up. Only $10 per half day 6 hour slot rental. But it must be returned in good condition or it is yours to keep for $50.
Ask the condo manager or security.
Please note that residents holding functions at the MPH can now rent the use of a microphone and speaker. The cost of renting the microphone and speaker set is $10 for the duration of the event. The system is a JBL system and will be good when needed for a crowded and noisy occasion where the speaker needs to be heard above the crowd.

The condo will have 2 lots 101 and 102 as electric vehicle charging lots. Please note the rules concerning these lots.
Users should coil up the electric cables properly after use.
The E-Waste collection point is at the basement carpark located under the incoming carpark ramp. The location is clearly marked. Please leave EWaste on the bins or floor there.
If you forget your access card and want to use the app to go to your floor, you DO NOT NEED to dial your own phone using the intercom. By doing that, you may encounter a Call Busy or Communication Error especially if you happen to be fiddling with your phone while dialing the intercom.
What you should do is to simply go to the Monitor screen and once you can see yourself on the screen, swipe to open the lift door. When the door opens, you press your floor. This is no different from someone calling your phone from the intercom.
Please regularly update the software on your phone. After such updates, the Aiphone app may not work properly and you may need to reinstall with a new QR code.
RESTART YOUR PHONE REGULARLY SO THAT SOFTWARE UPDATES ARE SYNC TO ALL APPS.
The SCDF has placed an AED in the condo and it is located at the Guardhouse.

All users must read the attached instructions before operating the BBQ.
Bookings made must be paid within 3 days or the bookings will auto cancel and you may lose the slot.
Please note that any paid BBQ booking cancellation within 24 hours of the booked BBQ slot will not be refunded. The $20 fee will be charged.
No show will be charged and there will not be any rain check.
Each unit is only allowed to book the use of the BBQ pavilion or usage of BBQ for a total of 6 times a year. See bylaws.
